THE ROLE:
This leading law firm with national recognition is looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its expanding property team in Manchester. The firm are renowned for putting individuals at the heart of its business strategy and the Real Estate Solicitor will join a team of dedicated solicitors advising clients in the private and public sector on all aspects of property transactions, leasehold matters and development projects. Joining as a Senior Associate, you will be encouraged to play a key role in business development and mentoring junior fee earners.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have a proven track record in all aspects of commercial property law including landlord and tenant, leases and development matters gained within another leading national or regional law firm. You will be an ambitious and results orientated individual with great organisational and time management skills.
