JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: NQ
LOCATION: West Yorkshire

THE ROLE:
This role is best suited to either a Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. The successful conveyancer will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. The role requires the successful candidate to have the ability to manage new and existing caseloads and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
