Residential Property Solicitor/ Executive (Locum) - 2+ PQE / 3-6 months/ Derby or Cardiff. OVERVIEW:
• This high street firm based within the Midlands and South West are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ Executive to cover for around 3-6 months.
• This role will involve supporting the team with title checking and signing off vital files for exchange and completions.
• This role will not involve fee earning or speaking/ liaising with clients.
• The firm have two offices in Derby and Cardiff and would need support within one of these offices.
• You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC to sign off files.
• Free car parking available at both offices and secretarial and paralegal support is on offer.
• Generous hourly rate and weekly pay- £35+ per hour depending on experience and qualification.
