JOB TITLE:         Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Real Estate
EXPERIENCE:     2 – 3 years’ PQE
LOCATION:        Greater Manchester/ Hybrid
SALARY:            On application

The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will join the firms’ Real Estate Residential department. You will be responsible for your own varied caseload of matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and remortgages.

•Applications are opened to qualified Solicitors with 2 to 3 years’ PQE and experience managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to conclusion.

•You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.

•The firm offer hybrid working arrangements, with one day a week worked remotely and the rest worked from the firms’ Manchester office.
