JOB TITLE:        Employment Law Advisor

•The appointed Legal Professional will assess employment inquiries and offer advice on contractual concerns, salary issues, policies, and procedures. Managing and conducting proceedings, which involves preparing statements and disclosure bundles.

•Primary duties include managing a diverse caseload of employment issues and offering expert advice and support to stakeholders. Additionally, you'll advocate for members at meetings, ensuring their interests are met.

•This opportunity is available to Legal Professionals with experience handling employment issues, along with a background in advising and representing healthcare professionals.

• You will have exceptional organisational skills, adept at handling intricate cases and workloads with efficiency. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by a client-centred approach.
