THE ROLE:
This central London law firm is looking for a lawyer to join their busy property team, confident and proactive in their approach to risk management and business development. The role will involve a focus on commercial property aligned with some residential matters, you will use excellent technical knowledge to support and work directly with one of their Partners to provide top quality service to clients.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have 4-5 years’ PQE and demonstrate a strong attention to detail, as well as ability to hit the ground running due to their previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling all aspects of commercial property. It is essential that you are confident acting for borrowers in refinancing, granting, and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants, acting for lenders, and have experience of bridging work.
