RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER PLOT SALES, NQ - 5 YEARS PQE, GREATER MANCHESTER, UP TO £40,000 – Full service commercial law firm, with local expertise and an international reach, with multiple offices. •This firm’s dedicated plot sales team deal with acquisitions of large residential sites, planning conditions and the setting up of these sites.

•This role offers the opportunity for a junior plot sales fee earner to join a growing real estate team and work some major developers handling high volume plot sales on large sites.

•Plot Sales Conveyancers hoping to be considered for this role must have a proven track record of success with high volume plot sales work and ideally have a good network of contacts in the market.
