JOB TITLE:                  Residential Conveyancer – Plot Sales
EXPERIENCE:              up to c5 years
LOCATION:                  Greater Manchester
SALARY:                      up to c£40,000

THE ROLE:
This firm’s dedicated plot sales team deal with acquisitions of large residential sites, planning conditions and the setting up of these sites. This role offers the opportunity for a junior plot sales fee earner to join a growing real estate team and work some major developers handling high volume plot sales on large sites. The expertise of this leading team combined with their excellent service has enabled them to build long lasting relationships with a variety of builders and developers.   
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Plot Sales Conveyancers with up to c5 years’ experience. This firm is eager to add an ambitious professional to their team that is eager to establish their career and have a genuine involvement in the future direction of the department. Plot Sales Conveyancers hoping to be considered for this role must have a proven track record of success with high volume plot sales work and ideally have a good network of contacts in the market.
