EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR 4+ PQE, REMOTE, £60,000 - £65,000, MATERNITY COVER 12-MONTHS FTC. The Legal 500 recommended law firm is looking for an experienced Employment Litigation Solicitor to start as soon as possible. JOB REF: 5337

•An applicant should have at least 4 years’ post-qualified experience with handling contentious Employment Litigation matters.

•Proven track record of handling high volume Employment Tribunal caseload is crucial, with the ability to thoroughly reviewing claim-related documentation, extracting key facts, and crafting a comprehensive merits assessment for potential claims.

•The candidate should possess the skills to guide a case from the initial ET1/ET3 stage through to final hearing, adeptly managing all case management directives and addressing client concerns throughout the process.

•This will be a client focused role, requiring high level of client care and service.

•Fully remote with all equipment provided; however, you may go to Cardiff office if you require support.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with presentation, organisational and time management skills.

•To start as soon as possible to allow for thorough handover.
