JOB TITLE:       Real Estate Solicitor
EXPERIENCE:   2 -5 years’ PQE
LOCATION:      Cheshire
SALARY:          up to c£50,000 DOE

The appointed solicitor will be working on behalf of a range of clients in this area including private individuals, farming partnerships, landed estates, dioceses, companies, banks, charities, and insolvency receivers.

•As part of the Real Estate team, you will be involved in a varied caseload, which includes buying and selling farms and estates, agricultural tenancies, easements, bank security work, and advising landowners on diversification and development.

•It is not a requirement; however, It would be advantageous if you had experience handling renewable energy schemes for landowners or had an interest in becoming more familiar with this area.

•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
