Personal Injury Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, based in Exeter or one of the firm’s South West offices with a competitive salary on offer ranging from £45,000 up to £5,000 (DOE) – A market leading law firm is currently looking to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer to handle MOJ claims and fast track portal work as well. 

OVERVIEW:
• A great opportunity for an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor with a minimum of 2 Years PQE to join a reputable claimant personal injury department
• The current team cover every area of personal injury including public liability, occupier’s liability, road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, industrial disease, serious injuries and clinical negligence matters
• Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are more important than qualification
• The role will be to manage your own caseload of predominately fast track portal work and MOJ claims.
• Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload, with a focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients
• Must have experience of the portal and knowledge of the civil procedure rules
