OVERVIEW:
• This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor or Legal Executive who is looking to gain exposure to a variety of high quality and complex work to further their skillset.
• You be responsible for handling their own caseload of matters from initial instruction through to settlement.
• Your caseload will be varied and will see you working on a range of dispute claims involving property, construction and consumer contracts.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have upwards of 2 years’ PQE.
• In order to be successful in this role, you must have good time and risk management skills whilst being confident in their ability to develop knowledge and skills whilst at all times being commercially aware.
