OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a highly reputable team.
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• The team advise on a variety of matters, to include M&A and Private Equity transactions.
• They handle complex and high-value matters with clients based in London, across the UK and internationally.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment and under pressure.
• Hybrid & flexible working options available, 1 day per work in the office.
