Private Client Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, West Sussex, £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Providing expert legal guidance and representation in court when necessary.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
• Keeping abreast of changes in private client law and tax regulations to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date advice.

THE CANDIDATE:
• A minimum of 3 Years PQE
• Qualified solicitor with current SRA registration.
• Strong knowledge of private client law, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
