THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor seeking a new challenge within your career? A new opportunity has arisen within a top legal 500 team for a Property Litigation Solicitor to undertake a full and varied caseload of property disputes. The disputes team of this highly regarded regional practice is keen to appoint a well-rounded and experienced Property Litigator into their thriving and busy team to assist with their continued growth plans for the litigation team. The real estate disputes team cover the broad remit of matters including boundary disputes, rights of way disputes, neighbour disputes, easements and freehold title disputes. The firm are keen to appoint a well-rounded Property Litigation Lawyer who can come in and hit the ground running and play a key role in further developing the property litigation offerings.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Property Litigation Lawyers will have at least 5 years PQE in conducting their own caseload of property related disputes and be looking for a new challenge within their career. Suitable Property Litigation Lawyers will possess the ability to assist with business development activities together with developing relationships within the local market to further build and develop the profile of the team.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
