THE ROLE:
This position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your skills across two office locations, with the initial two weeks covering the Head of Department role and the remaining weeks covering a Private Client Solicitor role. The responsibilities of this role include managing a diverse caseload of private client matters effectively and efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will provide expert legal advice and guidance on matters including wills, trusts, private, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney. This role will be supported by secretarial support in both office locations. This will be full-time office-based role and requires the ability to hit the ground running and ensuring the smooth progression of cases.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate for this role will be highly experienced in all aspects of Private Client Law, especially extensive knowledge and understanding of trusts, wills, probates, and lasting powers of attorney. You will have a proven track record of managing own caseloads effectively and delivering high-quality legal services. Excellent organisational abilities and effective communication skills across various levels are indispensable qualities for this role The successful candidate must have the flexibility to work full-time on-site across two office locations with the ability to hit the ground running and manage the existing caseload smoothly.
