Commercial/IP Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Exeter, £75,000 - £90,000 (DOE) – An international law firm are seeking the addition of an experienced Solicitor to join their high-performing commercial team. OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Commercial / IP Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• This reputable team offer a full range of corporate and commercial legal services, advising on a range of commercial matters for business clients, from start-ups, SMEs and larger corporates to family businesses and a range of public sector clients
• You will be responsible for advising on a range of commercial agreements, drafting a range of commercial documents and advise on key areas of risk dependent on sector area of client and also advising on partnership and joint venture agreements
• A strong commercial sense is also necessary along with a practical approach to solving problems.
• You will join a supportive environment that has an excellent track record as well as, an expert team of legal professionals.
