SALARY:                      up to c£40,000

THE ROLE:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join this firm’s busy and established real estate department. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for their own varied caseload of matters to include, but not limited to, sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new build and right to buy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department and wider property team in providing an efficient service to all clients.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers who have up to c5 years’ experience handling their own caseload of Residential Property matters. Candidates hoping to be considered for this role must be confident in their ability to work under minimal supervision and hit the ground running with an existing caseload.
