JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Leeds
THE ROLE:
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be responsible for providing sound and commercially minded clinical negligence advice to clients within the healthcare and insurance sectors. You will be responsible for handling a varied and high value caseload of litigated and pre-litigated matters, becoming an integral part of the Leeds and wider national team. In addition to handling your own files, you can expect to work in larger teams on more complex matters
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 12 months’ PQE in Clinical Negligence matters, ideally with a proven track record handling claims on behalf of defendant clients. You will be both commercially and practically minded, keen to develop ongoing relationships with NHS Trusts and Insurers.
