OVERVIEW:
• The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor will provide legal services and give legal advice to a diverse group of clients.
• Applications are sought from Civil Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a mixed civil litigation caseload including professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud and misfeasance claims, business disputes and TLATA disputes.
• You will also be involved with business development and supporting marketing initiatives in line with the firm’s business plan.
• You have the ability to provide solutions for diverse clients and communicate this in a way that they can understand, both in writing and on the telephone.
• You should possess a detailed approach to your work and the ability to work to tight timescales as required by the cases.
