OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity for an experienced solicitor to undertake Care and Child Protection work.
• Applications are sought from Childcare & Family Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE within a Care Department carrying a full caseload of care proceedings
• You will be responsible for managing a caseload of child protection maters which will include, attending to clients at court with counsel and draft any documentation in accordance with efficient file management including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, full attendance notes and statements of evidence
• Joining a team of highly regarded individuals within the local market
• Confident undertaking own advocacy work
• You will have the ability to deal with sensitive situations and difficult clients in a professional, confidential manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills
