JOB TITLE:         Commercial Property Solicitor
EXPERIENCE:     Newly Qualified – 2 years’ PQE
LOCATION:        Cheshire
SALARY:            up to c£40,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. The successful Solicitor will work on a varied case load to include, but will not be limited to, commercial sales & purchases, commercial leases & lease extensions and variations of leases. The appointed solicitor will have the ability to manage a caseload, be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered. You will be joining a thriving team, working closely with colleagues on complex, and sometimes difficult cases and taking a key role in the continued success of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is seeking solicitors with experience in dealing with a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters. Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified up until of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property. The successful solicitor will be able to manage a caseload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be highly motivated to deliver the best service. You will join a family friendly practice that has a loyal client base and good quality work. The successful candidate will be self-driven and compassionate, with the ability to support the team effectively and confidently.
