THE ROLE:
My client is a well-respected law firm with an excellent track record and established market presence. Made up of a dynamic team of specialist lawyers, this firm’s Family Law professionals are dedicated to providing expert and personal legal services to their clients UK wide. As a fee-share consultant you will have the freedom to manage your workload while collaborating with this team of experienced Lawyers and leveraging this firm’s support.

The ideal candidate will have an existing following of clients to enable them to hit the ground running and benefit from this firm’s generous fee-share split; 75% in favour of the consultant. In support, this firm is well set up to provide help and guidance on marketing and networking to enable the appointed Consultant Solicitor to boost their profile and in turn their referrals and billings. THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from experienced Solicitors and Partners with upwards of 7 years’ experience in Family Law. Family Solicitors hoping to be considered for this role must be tenacious and hard-working with the drive to accelerate your career and take control. The successful fee-share consultant will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team who value their team culture as much as their success and strive for sustainable growth across the business.
