JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 5 – 7 years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £35,000 - £65,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The appointed Litigation Solicitor will be joining an experienced and busy team (who are consistently recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500), handling a mixed bag of commercial disputes. The department acts on behalf of large corporates, owner managed businesses, public bodies, insurers, and professional practices as well as private individuals. You would be expected to manage your own commercial litigation caseload, achieve targets, update management records, take an active role in business development, offer support to Partners and train, supervise and develop junior members of the team. We are advised this role is offered with flexibility to work on a hybrid basis.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Solicitor will have 5 – 7 years’ PQE with an experience of a wide range of commercial litigation work including high value and complex matters. This is a varied role so you must have a flexible approach and be able to adapt to different tasks. Strong drafting skills are essential, together with having excellent communication skills and commercial awareness. You will be methodical and organised to ensure deadlines are adhered to met whilst working under pressure.
