JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 1-3 years
LOCATION: Greater London
SALARY: £30-45,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly-regarded and established law firm. They are looking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor who is ready to hit the ground running. This particular role has been created to deal with an influx of nuisance (Japanese Knotweed) and secret commissions claims in their specialist claims department and will be office based. You will be managing an allocated workload and be required to progress these matters through to settlement or trial. There will be an opportunity to work within other areas of claims work and you may be called upon to deal with other litigation matters such as contentious probate or family matters, so transferable skills will be useful.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the law relating to nuisance and secret commission claims. You must have the ability to conduct a large caseload of claims litigation with minimum supervision and be accustomed to working in a busy team. Newly qualified solicitors are also welcome to apply. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will have strong academics and experience from a reputable law firm. You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with civil litigation matters and compliance with the civil procedure rules.
