JOB TITLE:      Corporate Lawyer/Solicitor
PQE:                2+ years’ PQE
LOCATION:      Milton Keynes
SALARY:          £Highly Competitive

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a 2+ year qualified Corporate Lawyer to join a Top 200 law firm in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload to include, drafting articles of association, shareholders' agreements, share options and similar corporate documentation. Experience in banking, private equity, M&A and corporate restructuring is also desirable.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Corporate Solicitor will have completed a training contract and gained at least 2 years’ PQE with another leading law firm, with sound corporate legal knowledge, transactional and drafting skills. The successful Corporate Solicitor will have an interest in business development and a strong desire to play a key part in building and maintaining the firm's profile within this sector. It is essential that you have excellent academics and strong ambition for career development.
