JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: Up to £45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
Due to continued expansion, this firm is looking for either a Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE, a Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive to assist their busy residential conveyancing department with a broad range of matters including re-mortgages, shared ownership schemes, transfer of equity and lease extensions. The appointed candidate will manage their own caseload, liaise with clients, engage in business development, and generate fees.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have experience across the full range of residential conveyancing matters and will have handled their own caseload. Up-to-date knowledge in compliance with CPD and CQS is essential, as are exceptional communication, drafting and time management skills. This role is well suited to a confident, self-motivated individual with a desire to progress their legal career.
