OVERVIEW:
• This well-established Nottinghamshire based practice requires a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their private client department.
• With an excellent reputation, the private client team provides a wealth of experience across the broad spectrum of private client matters including wills, inheritance tax planning, trusts, probate and estate administration.
• Applicants will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in dealing with a significant caseload of private client matters including powers of attorney, court of protection, probate, wills and trusts.
