JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Lawyer
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
An experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer is sought after to join this long-established firm and deal with a full and varied caseload of civil litigation matters. The caseload will be diverse and the appointed Civil Litigation Lawyer will be expected to advise on all types of litigation matters including contract disputes, debt collection, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence and employment matters. Ideal Civil Litigation Lawyers will have some experience of mentoring / supervising a team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Civil Litigation Lawyers will have some experience of dealing with all types of litigation matters and be looking for a supportive and encouraging work environment to deal with a varied caseload of litigation files. The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will be joining an expanding and busy office where you will be encouraged to develop new business into the firm. The appointed Civil Litigation Lawyer will show a willingness to continue to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. Ideal Civil Litigation Lawyers will have at least 5 years PQE in dealing with all types of civil litigation including but not limited to professional negligence, inheritance issues, property disputes and contract disputes as well as experience of supervising a team.
