JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £65,000 - £85,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This established firm is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to develop strong working relationships with both clients and third parties. The successful candidate will assist with a range of cases handled by the commercial team, including negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts, drafting data protection and privacy policies, advising on IP licensing contracts, IP provisions in commercial agreements, R&D contracts, and a variety of cloud related work.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 year’s PQE and a 2:1 or higher degree is preferred, with an ability to work with a full remit of clients, from start-ups to advising well-known names across a wide spectrum of industries.
