JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ Years
LOCATION: King’s Lynn
SALARY: Up to circa £40,000 dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
An experienced Residential Conveyancer is highly sought after to join this established and growing practice in King’s Lynn. This position would suit anyone who has proven technical expertise across all aspects of residential property and if you have experience of commercial or agricultural then we would be keen to hear from you as well. The firm are looking for experienced Solicitors, Legal Executives and / or Licensed Conveyancers who possess the ability to handle their own caseload of property related matters. You will be handling your own caseload of residential matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers for both freehold and leasehold to name but a few matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Residential Property Fee Earners who have the ability to deal with their own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will have a strong track record in dealing with all types of property related matters including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold matters as well as commercial and agricultural property if you have relevant experience. You must have at least 2 years’ experience in dealing with your own caseload of matters from initial instruction through to completion.

PACKAGE:
Salary up to circa £40,000 dependent on experience, parking available.
