An Associate or Senior Associate level Solicitor or Legal Executive is highly sought after to join this award-winning practice within their top ranked real estate team to deal with a high-quality caseload of complex matters. Working closely with the Partners and other members of the team, you will be handling an interesting mix of work for all types of clients which spans cross office. The appointed Real Estate Solicitor can expect to deal with high value sales to national housebuilders, large scale commercial developments as well as working on the selling and acquiring of large-scale freehold and leasehold properties. You will be joining a practice who are highly recommended for the service they provide to their clients and their employees alike. On offer is transparent and clear progression routes together with hybrid working and a friendly / collegiate working environment.
Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors who have a strong technical background covering the broad remit of real estate with a focus on development matters. If you would like the opportunity to specialise within commercial development matters as this hasn’t been a possibility within your current firm, then we would like to hear from you. Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in dealing with real estate matters and an interest / experience in dealing with real estate development.
