JOB TITLE: Residential Property Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 1+
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
An established practice in the Midlands is keen to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal into the busy conveyancing team in Northampton. As the chosen Paralegal you will be responsible for assisting clients completing initial forms and preparing and issuing draft contracts on sales, being the initial contact with mortgage lenders, contacting sellers Solicitors to provide draft contracts and initiate searches.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Residential Conveyancing Paralegals will have at least 12 months experience of working within a similar environment. You will be organised and proactive and possess the ability to perform daily tasks such as providing cover for other paralegals and assistants as and when required, liaise with clients, attend training sessions and meetings as required.
