JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ Years
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £Dependant on experience

OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• Working within a close-knit team, this established and leading law firm is ideally looking for an experienced Conveyancer to undertake a varied caseload and deal with all types of residential property matters.
• The role will be varied and cover all aspects of residential conveyancing from initial instruction through to completion.
• The successful Residential Conveyancer will be able to advise on sales and purchases, transfer of equity and remortgages.
• You must have experience of handling your own caseload of residential transactions and possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running.
