NEW ROLE FOR A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR NQ/4 PQE – SUFFOLK – JOB REF:7633

Full-service regional law firm with a strong presence within the East Anglia region is keen to expand their commercial property team. On offer is a good quality caseload and a very competitive salary and benefits package.

The established commercial property team covers a variety of matters on behalf of a varied client base including PLCs and individuals. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own caseload of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold matters, landlord and tenant matters, development matters and other property related matters. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have up to 4 years PQE and a proven track record of dealing with all aspects of commercial property work. Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience, advising on a variety of commercial property matters as well as undertaking business development activities. Gained within an already established commercial property team, you will have worked within a reputable practice renowned for their commercial property offerings. Newly Qualified Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within commercial property.
