JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor – Head of Department
PQE: A minimum of 8+ years’ experience
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £Competitive

THE ROLE:
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join this well established practice in Suffolk and effectively Head up the Commercial Property team. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be handling an already well served existing caseload of commercial property matters. The role and client base will be varied and you will be working on a variety of matters including sales and purchases, leases, development matters and re-financing. There will also be an element of supervision required in this role and there could be some flexibility available if required for the appointed individual.

THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors will have at least 8 years’ experience in handling the full spectrum of commercial property matters. Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will have experience of supervising junior solicitors within the team and be well versed in dealing with a variety of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, developments, re-financing, leases and option agreements to name but a few. The role requires a skilled and talented Commercial Property Solicitor to come in and hit the ground running and play a key role in the firm’s commercial property team.
