JOB TITLE: Senior Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years’ PQE
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
Joining an already successful practice, the appointed Private Client Solicitor will be responsible for a wide range of matters within private client. In particular, you will act on; Wills, Trusts, Probate, Court of Protection, Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney, EPA’s, LPA’s and Administration of Estates. This opportunity is one of responsibility and would suit an ambitious individual that is open to career progression.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification private client experience and will be well versed across the complete range of private client matters. You will be personable, with excellent communication skills in order to communicate efficiently between colleagues and clients. You will be planned, organised and time-efficient in order to manage a demanding caseload under time constraints. Due to the nature of the role, you will also have excellent delegation and leadership skills in order to progress within the firm and ensure the success of the private client team. Ideally you would be STEP qualified, although this is not essential, but you would need to be prepared to complete the training if necessary.
