The Northamptonshire office of this progressive Legal 500 firm has a business critical need to recruit a Corporate Solicitor as part of succession planning. Keen to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years’ experience, this is an exciting position that will involve the successful candidate becoming an integral part of strategic growth plans, whilst working closely alongside a respected Partner and the Head of Corporate.
- Technical competence and confidence to handle corporate matters is a pre-requisite for this exciting new role.
- The successful solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player.
- Working as part of a larger team on heavy transactions you will be expected to work on your own portfolio of clients and will be interested to develop expertise in the areas of business development and client retention.
