COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR 5+ PQE – ESSEX - £50,000 TO £65,000 (DOE) – TOP 200 FIRM – JOB REF:6888

The practice has longstanding clients and relationships within the local community, and an excellent reputation. This is a fabulous opportunity to progress your career with a highly successful, friendly firm where clients and colleagues come first. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established dispute resolution team. This team includes specialist teams dealing with property, insolvency, construction, contentious probate and commercial/civil disputes. The firm is now looking for an experienced, senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join and lead the commercial/civil litigation team. The individual must have experience of leadership, be motivated, proactive, have a flare for business development, and be able to manage their own caseload alongside managing the commercial/civil litigation team.
