JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 2 +
LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £40 – 55,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity to join a long established and friendly firm of solicitors based in central London. They are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Solicitor (minimum of 2 years PQE) to handle the full range of residential property work. The work will involve a diverse range of activities including but not limited to acquisitions, sales, equity transfers and re-mortgages. You will work with a mixed bag of clients including many of high net worth.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is looking for a good all-rounder with initiative and a good academic record. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will possess excellent communication and written skills, understand the importance of client care and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of effective case management and in dealing with HNW transactions.
