JOB: Probate Manager
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
EXPERIENCE: 5 + PQE
SALARY: up to c£55,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought-after position has become available for an experienced Probate Manager with upwards of 5 years’ experience in Private Client law. You will be joining a team who assists clients with a range of complex estate matters to include, trusts, GROB, CGT implications and issues surrounding domicile. The appointed Solicitor will have a full spectrum of estate knowledge including those that are both taxable and non-taxable. The successful Probate Manager will take on a varied caseload and it is desired that you will be willing to supervise and develop junior fee earners within the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Probate Manager will be confident and able to make decisions that are consistent and reflect the agreed decision-making criteria, regulations, policies, and procedures. You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. It is desired that you will be STEP qualified if not, be working toward the STEP qualification.
