CORPORATE SOLICITOR 3+ PQE – HERTFORDSHIRE – UP TO £65,000 (DOE) – TOP LAW FIRM – JOB REF:5786

A law firm of outstanding quality that is very keen to promote a strong family feel where the culture is professional and client-orientated. There is strong emphasis on collegiate relationships, friendship and fun whilst working towards encouraging everyone to maximise their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to handle a varied caseload which would include mergers and acquisitions. You will also be handling transactional work including share/asset sales and purchase, joint ventures and company restructuring projects and franchising. You will be involved in Corporate finance including loans, debt to equity exchange, refinances and investments. The firm is looking for a highly motivated individual with a desire to progress whilst working within a family-feel environment. You will be enthusiastic, ambitious and committed to delivering exceptional services to clients. You will need to be able to run your own cases independently but you will have the full support from the team and will also provide support to the Head of Departments on larger transactions.
