JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum

HOURLY RATE: £DOE

OVERVIEW:
This role would suit a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor with upwards of 3+ years' experience. The appointed Locum Conveyancer will deal will all aspects of Residential Conveyancing to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. The successful Locum Conveyancer will liaise closely with the wider team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing. You must be able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. This role is best suited to a Locum Conveyancer who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. Our Client is offering flexible working and will only require the successful candidate to be in the office 2 out of the 4 days.
