BANKING & FINANCE SOLICITOR 2+ PQE – BUCKINGHAMSHIRE - £45,000 TO £60,000 (DOE) – TIER 1 RANKED LEGAL 500 FIRM - JOB REF:5601

OVERVIEW:
As part of this firm’s continuing growth strategy, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their national, award-winning corporate, commercial and banking team. You will be have the opportunity to assist the team on a broad range of banking & finance transactions, including (but not limited to) acquisition finance, general corporate banking, real estate investment, asset backed lending and restructuring. The successful Banking & Finance Solicitor will have at least 2 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills along with commercial awareness and credibility.
