THE ROLE:
This highly regarded firm is seeking a talented transactional Construction Lawyer to join their fast growing team, eager to develop their career and assist with a wide range of matters across their market-leading national construction practice. You will be given the opportunity to assist with drafting amendments to standard forms such as the JCT and NEC suites, providing counsel on construction obligations, reviewing, or creating sub-contracts, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees, bonds and related documents.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 5 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate the ability to foster strong client relationships with clients, with a proactive team-oriented approach to their work. You will be expected to have good commercial awareness and be capable of working effectively under pressure while maintaining a strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality client care.
