PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
This firm is a leading provider of legal services to the health, social care, housing and emergency services sectors, as well as in the field of professional discipline. They act for a wide range of long standing clients in both the public and private sector, including all forms of NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, registered providers, insurers, police, fire and rescue services, independent health and social care providers, charities and GP practices.

The Litigation team is seeking a solicitor with 0-2 years’ plus PQE. The role will involve a range of mainly property litigation cases for clients in the health, housing and emergency services sectors, with the potential to advise on some more general commercial disputes. Property litigation experience is essential, public sector experience is desirable but not vital. The firm are looking for those who have excellent legal skills, are good communicators and work well in a friendly and knowledgeable team. You should be able to deliver clear advice and practical recommendations to clients and balance a busy and interesting caseload. The role will offer the opportunity to develop leadership and business development skills within this highly motivated and ambitious team.
