JOB TITLE: Newly Qualified Insolvency Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-1 PQE
LOCATION: Bristol
SALARY: £Competitive

THE ROLE:
The highly rated insolvency team of this leading practice provides advice on a range of issues which arise when insolvency occurs. The firm have identified a need within their flourishing department and they are actively looking to recruit an ambitious Newly Qualified Insolvency Solicitor. Your role will involve advising individuals, companies and also insolvency practitioners on all aspects of insolvency-related matters. The successful Insolvency Solicitor will be providing assistance on receiverships, liquidations and company voluntary arrangements as well as administrations. You will be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic and have a passion for business development. A team player and a strong work ethos is essential for this role.

THE CANDIDATE:
You should have a genuine passion for insolvency law and a strong commercial approach coupled with the ability to work effectively within a team. You will have excellent academics and be articulate, well presented and have a real passion for this area of law. Applicants will be required to business develop, develop relationships and make contacts. You must be able to come in and hit the ground running and go out and win new work.
