PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR (DEFENDANT), NQ-2 YEARS PQE, BRISTOL, NATIONAL LAW FIRM, £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – Voted as one of the best law firms to work for in 2023 - JOB REF: 5087.

OVERVIEW:
• Discretionary bonus scheme, generous pension scheme, hybrid & flexible working options and private medical insurance.
• Applications are sought from Defendant Personal Injury Solicitors with up to 2 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for handling a caseload of injury and property damage claims, from small claims up to multi track.
• You will prepare standard pleadings, disclosure lists, witness statements and other usual documents on liability claims and also provide support to other team members on ad hoc tasks such as interviewing witnesses, instructing medical and other expert witnesses.
• You will be a confident and detail focused personal injury solicitor with excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills.
• You will have the opportunity to continue developing your career within personal injury, working on behalf an impressive client list and handling high quality work.
