THE OPPORTUNITY:
With a visionary approach and recognised as a key legal operator, this exceptional firm is looking to add a talented and driven Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor to its already growing and successful team. The firm are looking to expand their litigation offering and require a full-time Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their hard working and vibrant team. The teams experience covers the full range of disputes from the complex and high value to the more modest. They represent clients in the courts, arbitration tribunals and use alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation, to resolve disputes. It is likely that the caseload will involve general commercial litigation, insolvency and contentious probate. Good academic qualifications and solid data protection & commercial law experience gained at a Legal 500 / Chambers ranked firm, or as part of an equivalent in house legal team, is required.
