OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from IP Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, intellectual property and some technology issues.
• You will have a sound, well-rounded knowledge of IP law, with demonstrable experience advising on copyright, trademark, design rights, IP licensing and brand management matters.
